1. Services

Nidhish Marine Services provides marine survey, inspection, and consultancy services. All services are provided based on accepted industry standards and our professional judgment.

2. Survey Reports

Survey reports represent our professional opinion based on observations made during the inspection. Reports are confidential and intended solely for the commissioning party.

3. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fee charged for the specific survey service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services.

4. Confidentiality

All survey information and reports are treated as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without written consent.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled survey. Late cancellations may incur charges for mobilization costs.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
